Independent Law Centre

As an Independent Law Centre, FLAC undertakes litigation in the public interest. As well as being important to the individual client, these cases have the potential to benefit a wider group of people. We also provide legal services for marginalised and disadvantaged communities. FLAC develops policy and law reform recommendations arising from this casework and provides regular updates through our casework blog.
